Screen Set up
$30 per color for images 16x16. Images over that size are subject for an oversize charge depending on the size of the screen used and ink. We do not sell screen and all customer screens are filed away for 4 months then recycled. To archive a screen for more then 4 months for future use is an additional $20 dollars per color.Printing
Artwork Retouching, Reformatting, and Design
$20/hr after the first 30 minutes. Flat rates are available on certain projects depending on time or difficulty of the image.
Printing on dark colors
We strongly suggest an additional white under base screen unless specified different by customer. An under base is used help colors keep its opacity on very dark garments. However it well be charged as an additional color and screen in the final order.Ink Color changes

$.05 per shirtPayment and Turn Around
Cash, check, or credit card via Papal are accepted, 50% deposit. Typical turnaround time is 14 working days from the time that the 50% deposit is collected and art mock ups are approved with a signature or via email. If our workload is very heavy then turnaround time may be longer and we will inform you of this when placing the order. To keep quality up and cost down we do not do rush orders. However on some past projects depending on timing and difficulty we have performed turn around times in less then a week.
